the room was clean (it had fresh towels every day). the meals were tasty. the bar staff was efficient.
the gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

wonderful FAMILY resort experience
friendly staff relaxing spa great buffet
The staff were ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I liked korhan. He was so wonderful. the spa was glorious. It was also very relaxing. my child loved the indoor pool. the buffet contained a very big variety of choices. the hotel is STEPS away from the magnificent beach.

The variety in the main dining room was great. I found many options at each meal. the pastries were especially good, and the presentation made EVERYTHING appealing. staff kept the buffet areas clean.

The staff was very responsive to requests i made. housekeeping came daily. They provided fresh towels and tidied my room. bell service was fast and courteous upon my arrival. They efficiently managed my luggage.

wonderful stay
fantastic room helpful staff great staff good workout
I came to relax and stayed for 5 nights. the room i had faced the sea and mountains, a fantastic room (i really enjoyed the view). the staff were really good, from cleaning to the bar. They are polite and helpful. the bar staff were great. They really look after their customers and are very good.
the gym could have been a bit bigger, although it had all the essential equipment for a good workout.

The indoor play area is nice. Due to weather, i could not use the pool area yet, but it is also beautiful. the spa and gym were well equipped. There were many activities like morning yoga.

The food was very nice. There was a wide variety of food with indication of allergen ingredients. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the food selection was good and there was always something to eat.

The hotel is right on the sea front. It is in a great location and a nice safe place to walk. there is a separate cycle path and a separate walking and running path. It's rubber so nice on the knees.

food variety quality food relaxing massage comfortable room
the food had great variety and quality. i also had three massages and the masseuse was excellent (i felt very relaxed). the entertainer, deniz, was friendly and made the atmosphere enjoyable. the room was nice and neat .
the music from the beach club was audible in my room late into the night, so it got difficult to sleep.

the guest service team was very helpful. the staff was friendly and showed genuine care. fatimazahra, halla, yulia, berat, korhan, and engin were especially helpful and professional.

the hotel has a private beach with sunbeds and towels and is accessible through a direct tunnel. there are multiple pools, both indoor and outdoor and one of them includes waterslides. the hotel offered live music, performances, and themed parties every night.

the culinary offerings included diverse, delicious, and fresh food. breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, dinner, and midnight soup were available. the desserts were delicious and the cocktails included fruits. there are also multiple bars on site with a wide variety of drinks.

the hotel's location offers very easy access to the beach. a tunnel connects the hotel directly to the beach area. there are many shops, cafes, parks and playgrounds along the promenade (very convenient).

The location was good, near to shops. That was about it.
The gym was not good. There were few machines and it was very hot. I expected better from a resort with such a high rating.

Totally EXCELLENT Stay!
amazing food helpful staff excellent experience
The food was AMAZING!!! There were so many choices, I was never bored. The bar staff, Diana and Mert, were very good. They looked after all the customers. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, from cleaning to reception to the restaurant. I will definitely come back again soon.
The gym was sometimes quite busy. It has limited equipment.
