I came to relax and stayed for 5 nights. the room i had faced the sea and mountains, a fantastic room (i really enjoyed the view). the staff were really good, from cleaning to the bar. They are polite and helpful. the bar staff were great. They really look after their customers and are very good.

the gym could have been a bit bigger, although it had all the essential equipment for a good workout.

The indoor play area is nice. Due to weather, i could not use the pool area yet, but it is also beautiful. the spa and gym were well equipped. There were many activities like morning yoga.

The food was very nice. There was a wide variety of food with indication of allergen ingredients. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the food selection was good and there was always something to eat.

The hotel is right on the sea front. It is in a great location and a nice safe place to walk. there is a separate cycle path and a separate walking and running path. It's rubber so nice on the knees.

the food had great variety and quality. i also had three massages and the masseuse was excellent (i felt very relaxed). the entertainer, deniz, was friendly and made the atmosphere enjoyable. the room was very comfy and tidy .

the music from the beach club was audible in my room late into the night, so it got difficult to sleep.

the guest service team was very helpful. the staff was friendly and showed genuine care. fatimazahra, halla, yulia, berat, korhan, and engin were especially helpful and professional.

the hotel has a private beach with sunbeds and towels and is accessible through a direct tunnel. there are multiple pools, both indoor and outdoor and one of them includes waterslides. the hotel offered live music, performances, and themed parties every night.

the culinary offerings included diverse, delicious, and fresh food. breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, dinner, and midnight soup were available. the desserts were delicious and the cocktails included fruits. there are also multiple bars on site with a wide variety of drinks.

The food was AMAZING!!! There were so many choices, I was never bored. The bar staff, Diana and Mert, were very good. They looked after all the customers. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, from cleaning to reception to the restaurant. I will definitely come back again soon.

The gym was sometimes quite busy. It has limited equipment.
